Rights and obligations of participants in ICC Ukraine are regulated by the Statute and Regulations:
The Committee is open for free access and to exit of its members from it on a voluntary basis.
Members of the Committee may be legal entities and entrepreneurs who are registered and operating in the territory of Ukraine and foreign countries under the laws of Ukraine or the State - who recognize its Statute, directly support the activities of the Committee, perform annual membership fees to the Committee.
The status of members is confirmed by the Certificate form.
The members of the Committee are recorded in his submission in the register of members of the ICC, which maintains headquarters of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (France).
According to the Constitution of the International Chamber of Commerce, ICC Ukraine has the right to determine the size of the annual membership fee to its members.
Membership fees Members ICC Ukraine a year are 25 000 (twenty five thousand) Hrivnas.
The size of the annual membership fee for a powerful member enterprises is not less than 50 000 (fifty thousand) hrivnas.
