To stimulate business and provide help in combating commercial crimes and unfair competition, participate in international initiatives to fight corruption, the International Chamber of Commerce created the following programs:

-  Anti-Corruption Commission of ICC (Commissionon anti-Corruption ICC, Paris)
-  Service of commercial crimes against ICC (ICC Commercial crime services, London).

To implement measures aimed at protecting the interests of its members and prevent illegal actions against them, ICC Ukraine organised ICC Ukraine Comercial Crime Services - Bureau of combating commercial crime and corruption, which works with head offices in London and Paris.

Bureau carries out its activities only in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine in cooperation with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, government bodies, ministries, departments and officially recognized international and national organizations whuch act in the field of business security, investment protection and anti-corruption.

The importance of developing partnerships and effective cooperation was prooved by signing a memorandum of cooperation between the State Committee for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine, Commercial Crime Service ICC and the ICC Ukraine on the general principles of cooperation in the sphere of counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime.

Today ICC Ukraine Commercial Crime Services has branches in 19 regions of Ukraine.
